BHU is not providing distance education and don't have the policy about this. You have to attend your classes as a regular student. On the ground of your job and locality, BHU administration may not allow.

You need to appear for Entrance Test conducted by the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in order to take admission in LLM.

You can do part time law. But, you will not be allowed to practice law, i.e you will not get the license to be a lawyer and stand in court. So, if you want to pursue law for knowledge, then you can check out institutes which offer part time law degree. All the best.
