To gain admission to the LLM programme at MUIT Maharishi University of Information Technology you will need to meet the eligibility criteria which include a minimum of 50% marks in your LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB degree and then apply online through the university portal.

Gauhati University LLM course admission requires eligibility criteria and a valid score in the University-level entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for LLM are as follows:
- A pass in any Law-related UG degree, such as BA LLB, BALLB (Hons), BBA LLB, BBA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB, BCom LLB (Hons), LLB, or LLB (Hons).
Candidates in the final year of the above-mentioned course are also eligible to apply. Candidates seeking admission to the LLM programme at GU must apply online on the official website of the University. Applications in any other mode are not accepted at GU.

There are some rare universities or law school which will allow you to take direct admission in LLM without LLB if you have 10 years of experience in HR but its very rare case, it fully depends on the institutions policies. HR experience cannot replace the requirment of an LLB, you need to complete Bachelor of Law (LLB). It is advisable to do LLB first and then go to LLM.

However, in terms of affordability, Amity University Noida is more affordable since the tuition fee to pursue LLM at Geeta Institute of Law is INR 2.1 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue LLM at Amity University Noida is INR 1.5 lakh.
