You can do bed and than apply for teaching job
Or you can give net exam or start PhD for lecturer job in college's

M.com is best after doing b.com, or else if your are so interested in accounting do CA or cma or ACS. if you want to do any professional course then do MBA in finance domain.

Hard to suggest as your grades are quite low and hardly accepted. A minimum of 50% is required atleast. Secondly for MBA in any country abroad you must have work experience and must have GMAT or GRE scores.Have you decided any country?

Both the courses are similar and the difference lies in the kind of approach the course offers. M.Sc is for those who come from a science stream and M.A is for those who are keen to pursue a career in Psychology but hail from a non-science background.
