I can appreciate your enthusiasm and sincerity in looking for architectural field after your BE in civil engineering, but I am afraid admissions to M Arch are only on the basis of Bachelor of architecture and even while doing Bachelor of architecture one needs to pass in exam called NATA, which I am sure you would not have attempted because you were doing only BE. This being the case I am really unable to help you in giving the link for any institute which will accept your candidature for M Arch after doing BE civil. However, best wishes to your future career.

No, B.Arch is mandatory for M.Arch according to council of Architecture. But, yes you can always pursue Masters in Construction Technology or Construction Project Management with Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
