M.Com at Ravenshaw or Utkal University, regular course: CPET is needed to be admitted into this. Direct entry might not take place without CPET or CUET. But again the Directorate of Distance Education and Continuing Education (DDCE) at Utkal University, can help you because here you would gain admission through merit on the basis of your graduation score, and there would be no need of an examination. It may be your successful alternative. Before making any decision on unilateral cases please ensure you consult the official site of the universities about the latest procedures about the latest entry requirements.

If you are looking for colleges which give importance to English education it is worth considering joining the colleges like S.P.B English Medium College of Commerce, Vanitha Vishram Women's College of Commerce, Navyug Commerce College, Sheth C.D Barfiwala College of Commerce.

In case you haven't received M.Com final certificate till now you should email your university at their official email handle or your department specific mail or contact the University through phone call.

Otherwise you should visit them for the certificate

No, a student with 48% in the general category is unlikely to get admission to M.Com at According to BHU's official eligibility criteria for M.Com states that a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required for general category candidates in the qualifying examination. Admission to M.Com at BHU is based on the CUET (PG) score, and candidates must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria of the university.
