I don't think so. It is not a good idea of pursuing UG course through distance mode. I suggest you to go for a regular BBA.

To be eligible for the CAT exam and MBA programme from an IIM, candidates must meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria, which typically requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised university. Since you have completed your M.Com which is a postgraduate degree, it is not clear if you have completed your Bachelor's degree or not.
