 In the field of Commerce and Accounting, Mumbai University offers a two-year MCom programme via more than 120 colleges affiliated with it. Admission to MCom is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam at the undergraduate level. The University offers MCom of two-year duration via its Faculty of Commerce and other affiliated colleges. Via the Faculty of Commerce, MCom is offered across two specialisations. To complete the second year of M.Com at TNOU, a candidate can follow the below steps:

1. Check the eligibility criteria: The candidate must check the eligibility criteria set by TNOU for M.Com. As per the TNOU regulations, the candidate must have passed the first year of M.Com from TNOU or any other recognised university.
2. Apply for re-registration: The candidate needs to apply for re-registration for the second year of M.Com at TNOU. The re-registration process usually starts in June and ends in July. The candidate needs to fill out the application form available on the official website of TNOU and pay the re-registration fee.
