Yes, the college offers admission into the MDesign course via DPU AIDAT entrance exam. This exam takes place in the month of February every year. Students must make their application before the last date to appear for the exam. Also, they must go through the exam structure in detail, to understand pattern.

Yes, apart from the MDesign course fees, students must also pay additional fees like examination fees, eligibility fees and study tour fees. According to college policy, the MDesign fees is subject to increase every year by 3%. To get the exact MDesign fee details, students can check official fee structure at DY Patil School of Design website.

Students can make fee payment through various methods. The MDesign course fees can either be paid in lump-sum or in monthly instalments. The college also provides loan facility for students. In case of any issues, students can contact the fees department for additional details. Before paying the course fees, application fees of INR 1500 must be paid.

There is no application fees for MDes at IIITDM Kancheepuram. Aspirants need to fill out the form for CEED followed by institute's website to apply for MDes programme. Candidates will need to pay an application fee to apply for CEED.
