To get admission in D.Pharma you need to have your inter marksheet with Physics Chemistry and Biology as your stream. You will have to fulfill all the requirements asked by your preferred college.

Yes, you can pursue, but you were having B.Sc. In your graduation years, and at the time of pursuing M.Pharma you can able to cope up with the Bachelor's degree syllabus of B.Pharma. Obviously, it is a different field to study. It's a best decision if you have properly made your mind to follow this course. Nowadays experiment in medicine is at top peak. So, if you are dedicated it is the best decision. You should have minimum 55-60% in your B.Sc. And you to give examinations if you are looking for government colleges.

Yes, you can get general seat. But you'll definitely get better college options under army quota as there is lot of vacant seat available. Even at the worst cases you'll get college allotted under army quota so you don't have to worry about it. If you don't get college allotted then wait for the counselling round there you will get admission under general category as no quota works in this round.
