Great to aspire, however now you get global education qualifications in India as well. Let me give you 2 examples. AICPA is the US equivalent of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the CPA course of AICPA is CA equivalent in the USA.
Another example is the IMA (Institute of management accountants) which is US equivalent of ICWAI in India.
Career opportunities include Big4 (Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, E&Y), top global audit firms (BDO, Grant Thornton), US MNCs (Accenture, Cognizant, Genpact) and many Indian MNCs listed in the US markets.

Hi Sneha,
Yes, he is eligible to peruse MBA or MS from Germany. No need of work experience. Your Bachelor degree will be sufficient to get you into MBA course.

I am not 100% sure but foreign universities doesn't consider BCA as an engineering course. I believe only B.Tech students can only pursue their MS in Computers from the US. BCA holds less value in the US. Although, you should consider talking with that university to clear the doubts.

Eligibility criteria;
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum upper second class honor (NFQ level 8) or international equivalence and the appropriate prior learning. Applicants whose first language is not English must also demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 6.5 (no band less than 6.0 in each element), or equivalent. List of top colleges;
Top Ireland Postgraduate Mechanical Engineering Courses, Universities and Colleges.
