Yes, students from any field can join law and NIOS is a valid board hence you can take admission in MS Ramaiah College of Law

Hi Dewang, Both the colleges are good and provide good infrastructure and opportunities for their student. But IMS Unison Dehradun is already well established and compared to that Ramaiah is new in this field. IMS Unison will be a better option.
