For the private quota MBBS seats at M.S. Ramaiah Medical College (Bangalore), Kerala students in 2024 needed an All India NEET rank around 12,600 (General category cut-off ~12,588). If your rank was better than that, you had a strong shot at admission.

For general category admission to MBBS at MS Ramaiah Medical College, you must secure a minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) in 12th and NEET UG score around 162+ (50th percentile) out of 720 to meet the qualifying cutoff.

You cannot get direct admission to M.S. Ramaiah Medical College without clearing NEET UG. While there are "Management Quota" and "NRI Quota" seats, admission to all MBBS seats in India, including these, is strictly based on a valid NEET UG score and subsequent counseling conducted by either the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota or the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for State Quota and private seats.
