Yes, you can appear for UPSC because the eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is graduation from any UCG-approved college and it can be medical or paramedical there is no issue in that.

(A) Eligibility criteria : M.Sc. Medical Technology (OT & Anesthesia Technology)
1. Candidate should be a graduate from any statutory university with B.Sc. degree in Medical Technology with OT & / Anesthesia as specialization or equivalent from a recognized university.
OR
2. Bachelors in Life Sciences or equivalent from recognized univers
