I have completed M.Sc. in Anesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology. Can I appear for Combined Medical Services Exam (UPSC)?

Yes, you can appear for UPSC because the eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is graduation from any UCG-approved college and it can be medical or paramedical there is no issue in that.
