The college says as 40k academic fees per year for this 2 year course. It is not inclusive of the accommodation/hostel and other non academic fees as per the admission procedure. Saying "give fee", I believe you just refer to the academic fees. In addition there are some consumable charges/fees charged by the department on account of lab materials used.

As per your background, I would suggest you opt for M.Sc in Biotechnology, whereas, it completely depends upon your interest. I have one of my classmate who did Bachelors in Biotechnology with me and then moved on for Mass communication for Master's degree because of his interest.
