After doing your B.Sc. In Biochemistry, I would suggest you to go for the same specialisation in M.Sc. As well I. e. M.Sc. In Biochemistry. According to me, if we talk about the scope, Biochemistry is better somehow. After your M.Sc. You can think working with in field of Medical, Agriculture, Public Health Care, Forensic Environment etc. As there is a lot of scope of research.

M.Sc Biotechnology in Amity University-Mumbai is so far considered one of the top courses here. They have practicals, theories and research often which gives the students all round experiences.
