The MGU MSc course aspirants with a valid BSc or equivalent degree with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. However, it is necessary that the candidate did the degree course in the relevant stream. The eligibility criteria for some of the MSc specialisations is mentioned below for reference:

The final admission to MSc programme is either on the basis of merit or University-level entrance test score. Specialisations for which merit based admission is given are: Home Science (HDFS) and Home Science (Food & Nutrition). For the remaining 26 specialisations entrance test scores are considered.

Candidates who wish to get Anna University MSc programme admissions must have passed Class 12 with Psysics, Chemistry & Mathematics with a min. of 50% aggregate.
