You have to check the prospectus of the course provided by the institute to get exact information about admission process, syllabus, eligibility criteria, fees etc. But the institute would demand a Bachelors in Nutrition&Dietetics to be eligible.

If you are asking about DRDO's posts as Multi Tasking Staff MS than you are eligible. The eligibility criteria are given below.
1. Educational qualifications : 10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) pass. Candidates must have acquired the EQR as on crucial date of eligibility for the posts they are applying.
