The institute has not announced the fees for the AY 2025-26. When PGIMER will announce the fee, students will be able to pay it using debit or credit card. Last year, the application fee for this course was INR 1,500 for the general and OBC categories and INR 1,200 for the SC/ST category.

The fees for Surana College Post Graduate Department MSc for two years are INR 2.2 lakh. The total course fee includes tuition fees and other fees.
