JB, Yes, you are eligible for CSIR UGC NET under earth Science subject. CSIR will hold the UGC NET for Junior Research Fellowship and/or Assistant Lectureship. The exam is conducted for Life Science, Earth Science, Mathematical Science, Chemical Science, and Physical Science. The eligibility criteria for the same is as under :-
Eligibility criteria :
1. Candidates must have a degree in B.Pharma or BE or B.Tech or M.Sc. Or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other Science degree with at least 55% marks for general category and 50% for reserved category.
2. Maximum age limit prescribed for the award of Joint Research Fellowship (JRF) is 28 years. The Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)/Persons with Disability (PwD) and female applicants.

Hi Vishal Kumar, With a Masters in Geography, you may choose to consider teaching for which you will have to complete a teacher training course like a B.Ed. Or appear for the UGC NET Exams for lectureship. Other options are tourism, ticketing etc. All these have a natural extension to geography.
