Yes of course,   You can pursue year Masters if you are from Hindi medium .After 12th there is no such Hindi aur English medium college. You can pursue your Masters from any college based on its selection process .

It's a great career if you are going for B.Ed. After your Masters. One can get job in the schools and teach higher secondary as well as intermedicates (12th). Also the salary or package is comparatively much higher than a person with B.Sc. +B.Ed. Good Luck.
