To do Masters in Canada, IELTS is must but some colleges can accept TOEFL too. In Australia, IELTS is mostly accepted in colleges. So, I personally suggest you give IELTS exam. Also, GRE is not mandatory, but it will enhance your application and you might stand out from other students, so there's more chance to get the admission.

Yes you are eligible. You need IELTS 6.5 and minimum 6 in all componants.

Hi, you must complete your Bachelors degree in Biotechnology or a closely related field and muat acquire around 75% to be eligible for admission. The most important thing here is that they require four years Bachelor's degree. You must therefore check the university websites and alsp write to them before you submit your application.

Post graduate Diploma in Canada will cost you between INR 15 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs. It is one year programme and in Canada, if you do this one year programme, you are allowed to stay back for one year. Only if you have done 4 year degree programme, you can do this programme. M.Sc in UK is a one year post graduate degree. This cannot be compared with PG Diploma, because it is a post graduate degree. This is one of the best education system in the world, and you will be learning the latest in the field. Canada will be out of scope, but you will get options in Australia. If you want to study in Canada then a PGD from a SPP college is the only option. You should also be more flexible with your country choice, explore more options, check countries like Netherlands, Ireland, France, etc.
