The closeness of India- Japan is the prime reason you must choose JAPAN over other countries. The fee is relatively lower than UK, USA and also there is tuition waiver for Asian students and Indian students. The approximate fee will be INR. 3 Lacs - INR. 5 Lacs, which is nearly INR. 2 Lacs - INR. 4 Lacs.
