Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. In Psychology after completing B.Tech in Computer Science. You can do an M.A. Or M.Sc. In Psychology without having graduation in Psychology. The eligibility criteria will vary from university to university. M.A. Psychology is offered by many top universities for graduates with 50% marks in their graduation
