No, it is not possible for SC category with rank in 32k to get admission NIT Rourkela for integrated MSc in Life science.

According to previous year cut offs, it will be hard for you to get any Integrated M.Sc. course in NIT Rourkela.

After passing the same-year's JEE main exam, you must go via the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) to obtain admission. There are no additional admission options at NIT Rourkela.

Yes,  you can get admission in M.Sc applied Microbiology if you do not belong to General Category on the basis of 197 marks In CUET. If you are belong to Non BHU OBC/SC/ST Category you will definitely get admission in M.Sc applied microbiology.
