Hey as per the new education policy 2020 you can take the mixture of many subjects while doing your graduation in any particular subject. But as IIT Roorkee has not completely implemented this new policy so you have to take mathematics as compulsory in 10+2 along with chemistry.

Yes, after earning your B.Sc. in Human Development, you could be qualified to apply for an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics. The requirements for admission to the M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics vary from university to university, but generally, applicants must have earned a Bachelor's degree with at least a 50% average in a relevant field, such as Home Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.

Prior to applying, it is usually a good idea to review the specific requirements and policies of the university you are considering.

It depends on the university. If you wanna get into the top university then this may affect your profile but an average university may not consider it much.                                                            If you want to be a part of a good university then try to strengthen your profile.
