Yes you can get in Maharaja Ganga singh University if you score 86% percentage in graduation. The minimum percentage required to get admission is only 50-55 percent in 10+2 in any domain.
You can check the college website wher all the details are mentioned and check shiksha predictor link to calculate your admission chances.

MSc course admission in Maharaja Ganga singh university you need to completed your graduation degree from well know college which is government approved.
In graduation you need to atleast minimum+50% and URATPG is the main exam accepted for admission to Msc course in Mahraja Ganga Singh University.

In MSc cutoff is not same for all the years because year on year cutoff change but mostly you have +60% in your graduation you can get admission.
Any other degree completed and graduation also completed than you get more benefit in this cut-off because these marks are also calculated along with cutoff.
Basic is minimum 60% needed but merit list is not the same always.

Yes, you can apply to the MS programme at New York University Tandon School of Engineering without work experience. To get in, you need a good undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
