Hello Sujith Madhya Pradesh, eligibility for post graduation studies in engineering is normally four years course after 10+2, but there are exceptions. Normally universities follow example set by GATE to decide on eligibility criteria. Hence to help you, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about GATE which is the entrance exam for M.Tech courses, and the eligibility conditions set by it. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/articles/gate-2022-eligibility-age-limit-academic-qualification-blogId-21133
Best wishes to you.

Aerospace Engineering is more related to designing and building of aircrafts and helicopters. So you will require knowledge of mechanical and construction alongwith Physics. If you are interested in subjects like Thermodynamics, Propulsion, Heat Transfer, Aircraft structures, Flight Mechanics than Aeronautical Engineering is better option. As Aeronautical deals with dynamics of flight in air and atmospheric space.

You can, clear GATE and get there but I would suggest you that doing a postgraduate in a field of which you don't have any base is really a difficult task, so think accordingly and work accordingly.
