It depends on where do you wish to work later. If you are looking for global exposure, master's from abroad will open all avenues for you otherwise Indian institutes are equally good as companies like TATA, Mahendra etc are training for rural market

The difference of taking any degree in India and abroad is the value of education in terms of its application. Just to highlight it how, 400 P.hd holders in India are applying for the job of a peon. 70% of engineers today are unemployable.
While IITs and IIMs prepare you well but these are handfuls. On the other hand a degree like M.tech from abroad if chosen wisely will change the whole outlook and approach towards learning because you research, work hard on originality of your assignment, take internships and network directly with the industrialists to present your ideas. So you definitely prepare for life.
Choose the best for you.

Hi priti
If you are looking for space sciences degree , IISC would be the best. IITs have their own specialized areas so it depends on what is your core interest.

With 57% marks in graduation, you have very limited chances in getting admission to a good German university. I would suggest you to prepare well for GATE examination and based on your success, evaluate different Institutes and specialization.
