Hi Oyes,
Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence:
Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Chemical or M.Sc in Geology / Geo Physics withminimun 60% marks
For GATE applicants, their GATE score is given a 70% weightage, while for the others their BE or BTech scores receive 50% weightage; the balance percentage is determined through tests, with 10% weightage being given to experience in industry for students sponsored by industry.
As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission

You may try for jobs in companies or in academics either at home or abroad. You may start your own firm also. But if you wish to opt for higher studies, then a PhD would enhance your job prospects in academics and R&D institutions such as DRDO/ISRO and so on. You may also top yourself up with some short term courses your area.

Dear Siddhesh,
There is no as such basic difference among the two as both are Masters level degree. The only major difference between the two is that Master of Engineering (M.E.) is a course based master's degree. It is a purely academic qualification, predominantly a lecture based programme which is accredited by one of the professional engineering bodies like IMechE, IEE, etc.

You can go for MBA. Choose a specialization that interests you. These days we have specializations like operations, marketing, finance, HR, media management, tourism, hospital management, event management, retail ans so on available.
As for admission in MBA you need to be a graduate. CAT/ XAT/ MAT are some of the important entrance tests for admission in MBA in good institutes like IIM, XLRI etc. Other than these tests certain universities like KU, SMU, LPU conduct their own tests or offer admission through GDPI or direct admission based on your marks in graduation.
