after B.Tech you eligible for m.tech without clear any entrance exam but you don't get any best college for b.tech without clear any entrance exam becoz your marks in b.tech is not good enough for best college but you can try in your favorite college.

Australia,because Germany is famous for his automobile infrastructure there is world class jobs in automobile sector,on the other side Australia gives more CS and architect based jobs the companies like CISCO and Cap Gemini having the major recruitment from Australia.

One year gap is acceptable by most universities as long as you are able to provide solid reason behind the break. You first need an offer letter from any university in Ottawa confirming you as an enrolled student, only then will you get visa.
