yes u can attempt the state level entrance exam for m.tech in design. but might be u will not get stipend.

Dear Sahil,
I am afraid but you are not eligible for M.Tech. You must complete post-graduation course before applying for M.Tech. Since, you have completed Bachelor of science, it would be necessary that you also complete Master of science to apply for M.Tech course.

BITS Pilani is pioneer university which started Jan entry for all its degree courses. You may evaluate BITS for Jan intake for MBA or M.Tech.
