It is your choice which field you are interested in making your career. If you have done b.tech in e.c.e and also qualified the GATE then you should pursue M.Tech as it will have better options for you as compared to MBA. It depends on your choice whether you want to choose a career in Engineering or Management Field. I think you should choose the option in which you have a keen interest. If you are a tech savvy then you should choose M.Tech otherwise you can go for MBA also. Hi f you choose for MBA then you should try to clear the CAT and get into very good B- Schools.
