Yes of course. No doubt about it. You can do M.tech in CSE after completing B.tech in IT branch.

If you have a great passion about car designing then you choose design field otherwise you fail in it because of limited automobile companies.
In india some colleges require simple collection of sketches. And some college need digital sketching in portfolio

After completing M.Sc CS, you are eligible to apply for M.Tech course. To get admission into M.Tech CS you need to appear for GATE exam and score very well.
