Both UNIRAJ and Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University are good options to pursue MTech. However, in terms of affordability, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is more affordable since the tuition fees to pursue M.Tech at UNIRAJ range from INR 1.7 Lacs to INR 4.8 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue M.Tech at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is INR 1.6 lakh.

As per official sources, the fees to pursue MTech at UNIRAJ range from INR 1.7 Lacs to INR 4.8 Lacs and M.Tech from Kota University-UOK is INR 90,000. In terms of fees, Kota University is a better choice.

Candidates must pass graduation with at least 60% aggregate or first class to apply for VIT Chennai M.Tech programme. Aspirants appearing for their final degree exam/ final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply. Candidates need to pass VITMEE for admission to VIT Chennai M.Tech programme. VITMEE is a two hour multiple-choice test. The computer based test consists of 100 questions with a maximum of 100 marks. Aspirants who score well in VITMEE need to further participate in online counselling and seat allotment process. Aspirants must also pass Class 10, Class 12/ Diploma and UG degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate for admission.
