The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE PG M.Tech in VLSI Design is as follows -

  • Candidates must have completed BE/BTech in ECE/EEE/EIE/CSE/IT or MSc (Electronics/Applied Electronics) or MSc (Physics- Specialisation in Electronics) or its equivalent with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% from a recognised institute or university.
  • It is advised to check the SRMJEEE PG 2026 eligibility criteria before applying for any course.

Hey Jyoti,

No, you can not take admission for M.Tech in NITs and IITs through CIWG quota. CIWG quota is specifically for undergraduate students admission under DASA scheme of government.

For M.Tech admission in IITs and NITs you have to crack the GATE ( Gratitude Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination with good scores. It doesn't have any special quota for CIWG students. You can also participate in COAP and CCMT programs.
