1)You have to anyalise the previous year GATE cutoff for different branches and meet the specialization wise cutoff.
2)You have to Participate in the counselling process organised by the CCMT.

Yes, the Amity School of Engineering and Technology M.Tech admission criteria is slightly different for sponsored students than non-sponsored students. For non-sponsored students, the eligibility requirements are set at 60% aggregate in the relevant bachelor's degree.
However, candidates seeking admission via sponsored quota get a 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria. Apart from this, the fee also differs based on category of seat. Sponsored students are required to pay a higher fee than non-sponsored students.
