Candidates seeking M.Tech admission at IIIT Guwahati are required to apply with a valid GATE score. However, merely having a valid entrance test score does not guarantee admission. Once all the students have applied, the institute's admission committee screens all the applications and shortlists students based on their GATE scores.

After screening is over, the shortlisted students receive a PI call letter. Those who have received it and wish to take admission must participate and do well in the interview round. Check out the below list to know the commonly asked questions in PI:

The eligibility criteria for admission to the M.Tech programs at Lucknow Institute of Technology includes having completed an Engineering or Technology Bachelor's degree with an aggregate mark of 50% at least. Admissions are largely based on a valid GATE score or an entrance test carried out by the institute. They are supposed to apply through online mode through the official website, and after that, it remains compulsory for documentation verification and admission fee payments if short-listed. It generally involves a period of almost 2 years for completion, although it may vary depending on the specialisation taken.

No, there is no direct admission for M.Tech in GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT). Admission to M.Tech in GMRIT is admission based, so applicants have to appear for the online PGECET and GATE exam. Candidates must also participate in counseling to meet the college's basic eligibility criteria.

Even though GATE is not a mandatory requirement for M.Tech admission in India, universities often prefer it. If you don't have GATE result, you can apply for M.Tech courses in private institutes or study abroad.
