L D College of Engineering (LDCE) admissions in M.Tech are based mainly on GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). For the admission, preference is given to candidates with valid GATE scores. GATE Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and in the absence of GATE qualified candidate may be considered for admissions on merit basis (i.e. B.E./B.Tech.). If the seats are not available, then all GATE qualified candidates as well non-GATE aspirants must appear for an admission test process (own by college or university).
