If you are interested in M.Tech course after B.Tech course and your branch is civil engineering branch then you can give the Gate Entrence examination for taking admission in government top colleges for M.Tech course
And some other exams name is given as following
1 BITS HD
2 Karnataka PGCET
3 OJEE
4 TANSET ( Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test)
5 CUCET (Central University Common Entrance Test)

IET Lucknow offers M.Tech course for a duration of two years. The course is offered in multiple specialisations such as Power and Energy System, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Biotechnology, etc. Candidates must apply for their preferred specialisation online by filling the application form and appearing for the CUET PG/GATE exam.

Pursuing the two-year M.Tech course from IET Lucknow is generally considered a good option, since it is a AKTU affiliated institution. Candidates must consider factors like infrastructure, faculty experience, hostel and mess facilities, curriculum, etc. while taking admission. They can apply online for admisson in IET Lucknow for M.Tech course.

No, the IIT Madras does not have such an integrated B.Tech + M.Tech dual degree in the field of study of "Forensic Chemistry." Although IIT Madras has several dual degree programs (B.Tech & M.Tech, or BS & MS) in engineering and Science related disciplines, and at its Chemistry department there are several faculty who have extensive experience in the field of Forensic Chemistry, the latter itself is not mentioned as a separate and special integrated option. You can think of a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or some related field (perhaps Chemistry) and then contact other universities to see whether they offer an M.Sc in Forensic Science

Yes, definitely you can pursue Masters in Technology M.Tech in Data Science from Indian Institute of Technology IITs and National Institute of Technology NITs through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE because both the institutions accepts GATE entrance exam scores primarily for admission to MTech. There are some other colleges in Delhi who offers M.Tech course through Gate scores like Delhi Technological University DTU, Amity University Noida, Netaji Subhas University of Technology NSUT, Indraprastha Institution of Information Technology IIIT Delhi.
