Abhilashi University M.Tech admission will be made on the basis of merit of GATE/AUCET exam scores. Candidates must have also completed Bachelor's degree from recognised University to be eligible for the M.Tech course. The University accepts the national-level exam GATE or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE, a national-level entrance examination. Applicants willing to finalise their admission to the M.Tech course must have GATE exam scores.

The total annual fee for M.Tech course at Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University is INR 2 lakh. The fee is INR 1 Lacs for each year.
