Application forms for M.Tech programmes in all categories of admission will be available soon. Students can opt for both online and offline application modes. Students can check the online application procedure from the points, mentioned below:

  • Log on to JUIT Solan official website, admissions, and click on the Apply online link of the related programme.
  • Thereafter, follow the on-screen prompts to fill up the application form and make the payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
  • Once the payment has been successfully made, the candidate shall be allotted an Application ID, which must be preserved for future reference.

Students can check below the offline application procedure for M.Tech atJaypee Institute of Information Technology:

  • Fill in the Application Form neatly without any cut/overwriting with a black/blue pen.
  • Fill-in all fields, attach the photograph and sign the application form. No need to make any
    payment towards the application fee, if application forms are procured after payment of the application fee of INR 1,000 from the Admission Counter of the University.

National Testing Agency is conducted CUET-PG-2023. Merit list of the applicants who have applied for M.Tech Program on the basis of CUET-PG-2023 qualified Rank / Marks shall be prepared and admission offer in order of merit will be given to the candidates who have confirmed their seat to the programme by paying application Tuition Fee. At Jaypee University of Information Technology, GATE qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. Admission is purely on the basis of merit of the PGET Entrance Test Result.

Selection for admission to MTech Program is subject to qualifying PG Entrance Test (PGET) conducted by JUIT, Waknaghat. GATE qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. Admission is purelyon the basis of merit of the PGET Entrance Test Result. Selected candidates will be offered provisional and subject to production of eligibility certificates and deposition of Tuition Fee.

Candidate should have passed three-year Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade point on a 10 point scale in aggregate from a recognised University / Institution. Admission is through PGET (PG Entrance Test) conducted by Jaypee University of Information Technology. GATE Qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. However, they have to appear for the interview. CUET-PG qualified candidates are also considered for admission to MTech Program.

The M.Tech admission dates for 2024 is yet to released on the official website. However, during last year which I 2023, the PG Entrance Test (PGET) (For Non-GATE candidates) held on 22 June 2023. For better understanding, students can check the table presented below:
