Hello! Uday Patil, the management quota is allowed in the institutions run by private parties which do not take any type of aid from government. They are on the institutions based only on the fees collected from the students. To allow these institutions to charge latest fees to the normal students,

CSE stands for Computer Science Engineering and in this engineer are responsible for software and hardware making in big IT MNC this course is about learning software hardware and computer languages.

If you want to do M. Tech from government college then you must give the GATE exam. There is no other option to take admission in M. Tech without GATE in government colleges. Yes, private universities are there where you can take admission without any exam.
