No, if you are doing part time course then you have to give exams only. There is no importance of attendance.

You need to qualify gate exam with good score to get admission in this college. Admissions are done on merit basis only. You can apply for this college through official website with valid gate score. And you need to visit the campus for interview to get admission.

It depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable. Although in terms of placement, you should go for NIT, Durgapur. You will get more opportunities in this college.

AMIE is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all practical purposes including as qualifying exam for admission for M.Tech of course one needs to have other criteria if specified. Yes, VITEEE is necessary to get admission in VIT M.Tech course. You have to get a good rank and that rank would decide your fate whether you would get a seat or not. I hope this helps.

There are no cut off marks. VITEEE ranks are taken into consideration for admission. Please refer to the VIT's website where they have given data regarding counselling. I hope this helps.

Board percentage is not the criteria for admission. You need to attempt VITEEE and clear it. The rank you get will decide your fate for the seat. I hope this helps.
