Eligibility criteria for M.Tech Naval Architecture is:
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering/ Nautical Science/ Ship Building/ Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ B.Arch or the equivalent. You can go for M.Tech in naval architecture course.

Usually, it depends on the college and Industry requirements. But generally, B.Tech is enough for job and Masters is usually pursued to only pursue Ph.D.

Hello Karthik,
No, it is of course not necessary to do M.Tech for getting a job after doing B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering, but the issue is not this. Issue is, in India, at the moment, the jobs in the core sector of Aeronautical Engineering are very hard to come by. ISRO, DRDO, armed forces are some of the recruiters who are requiring specialist from this branch but the Indian industry is still not requiring Aeronautical engineers in the numbers that are passing out. Due to this, many graduates prefer to go for M.Tech either abroad or in India or go for MBA and then get a job based on this new qualifications.
