There are a large number of colleges in US and an equally large number of opinions as to which institute is the best.
Again, the fees/ scholarships/ opportunities to earn are quite dynamic in nature.
In view of this, I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to US to take care of different nuances.

CSE is best everywhere, having very vast opportunities in job all over the world. So, according to my suggestion, go for CSE.

Yes, you can do regular M.Tech after distance B.Tech. There is not any basic difference between regular and correspondence course, as far as degree is concerned. The value of both the degrees means -Degree with regular and correspondence is same. You can get government seat in B.Tech college by scoring good rank in GATE entrance test. Thanks.
