Hello KS Teja,
Yes, degree in many disciplines of engineering is acceptable for doing M.Tech in aeronautical/aerospace engineering branch. But I am afraid CSE finds no mention. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the eligibility for different specialisations in M.Tech.
https://www.aero.iitb.ac.in/home/postgraduate-program
The placements of this branch are quite tough to get and I would strongly advise you to not venture into it, leaving your CSE.

Okay. You can do your M.Tech. Along with that, just go through the part time work from home jobs, which may helps your overall development as well.

No, I don't think it is possible anyway to get into IITs without scoring good marks in GATE. If you really score good marks and your rank is quite good then you can expect decent and lucrative jobs in any of the PSUs. But, you will have to score literally good.

I think, it totally depends on you that in which field you are interested in. If you are literally good with your technicals then, you can prepare for GATE and get in M.Tech. Also, if you are good in aptitude and reasoning then you should go for MBA. But, try to pursue your MBA from a recognised institute.

University of Hyderabad is conducting counselling through CCMT and it might be difficult to predict the cutoff but if you have Gate score around 450-500, you will probably get admission in UOH.
