ME is a post graduate degree in engineering, whereas PG diploma in management is diploma in the different field of Management and its duration is also one year as compared with 2 years for ME. I believe you must have experienced B.Tech course, which focuses more on technical aspects not on the research/Science aspects. So, rather than taking suggestions from other people you should evaluate yourself on the basis of your experience. And, then decide whether you want to master in the detail

Hi Mohammed,
PGCET is the entrance exams conducted for PG courses. M.Tech admissions through PGCET is just like any other exams, you will have to take up the exam in the stream of your choice, say computer Science or electronics or electrical. The results will be announced in the form of ranks. And
