Yes, you can get admission to MVJ College of Engineering without appearing for JEE Main. MVJCE conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET). For M.Tech criteria is to qualify GATE/ PG-CET.

For MBA criteria is to qualify Karnataka Postgraduate Common Entrance Test, Post Graduate Common Entrance Test/Karnataka Management Aptitude Test.
