Normally, private colleges do not offer any concession in fees, but dish out scholarships for meritorious students. But, details are invariably not announced publicly. You will have to approach the administration of the college to know details.

Yes, you can get admission in private unaided engineering colleges in Karnataka via this entrance test. There are certain eligibility criterias that one need to possess but nothing special in them. But instead of opting for Aeronautical Engineering, I would suggest you go for CSE from AIT Bangalore.
AIT is ranked 63rd in Indian Engineering college Ranking of "Outlook India". On the other hand, MVJCE stands nowhere in top 100.
AIT Bangalore has huge campus of 120 acres whereas MVJCE has a campus of just 15 acres.
AIT maintains a teacher-student ratio of 1:10. The Institute receives a "Modernisation and Removal of Obsolescence" grant from the AICTE for research activities and upgraded state-of-

Both the colleges are not very much popular for aeronautical engineering, however DSCE is some how better than MVJCE.
