Hello, the obc cut off was 75 percentile last year, so there is a bleak chance that you will get through. You can visit the site of MAH-CET and find out about last two three years cut off from there.

Yes you will get admission in vidyalankar surely as there is marketing specialization and you got 63 percentile and keep watch when will be admission form will be out or lese if want to take risk then wait for cap round as u belongs to OBC caste.if u get admission in cap round in vidyalankar your fees will be less.if you want to take risk then only or take directly admission.
