Yes you can get admission but you have to search for colleges meeting your cut-off score.

Last year, cut off for JBIMS were 99.97 percentile. Other colleges you can apply with your scores are:
1) Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management & Research (DYPIMR), Pimpri, Pune
2) Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research (RIMSR), Mumbai
3) SIES College of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai
4) ITM Navi Mumbai.

It is depend upon you that in which field you want to go. And if this is the overall percentage then it is hard to get admission in any college because every college provide the criteria of minimum 50%. And you didn't mention in what you get these marks.
