AIMS has its own admission criteria. So firstly you have to clear the double telephonic rounds on the phone which is general to know about your academic profile your communication etc. Then your marks are considered.

Yes, you do require a domicile, even though you have done all your basic education in Maharashtra. It will take only 10 to 15 days. You can approach an agent, but they will charge around Rs.6000. It is better to do it yourself and everything will get over within Rs.50 to Rs.100.

You have fair chances of getting admission. You need to apply for the preferred colleges before the deadline is over.

It would be better; if you try appearing for MAH CET next year and do outstandingly well to compensate for your graduation marks, otherwise it won't be easy to find the right college.

For Dr. V N BRIMS, MAH CET cut-off was 67 percent for open category.
For reserved categories, the cut-offs are well below 60 marks.
In case of any other queries, I will be happy to help.
All the best.

ILS registrations will be confirmed after CAP Round 3, depending on the number of seats available. So, keep an eye out for that and call the college around then to register for the same.

General category seats are open at all India levels. It won't make a difference if you are from Karnataka or Maharashtra. If admission conducted through DTE, cut-off is around 99.87 percentile and if the institute conducts GD/PI then cut-off for shortlisting for the first stage is around 95 percentile.
